1.1. These rules apply when a guest uses the booking function of the Bronla service. To use this service, the guest must pay a one-time license fee, the terms of which are specified in the User Agreement.

Requirements for the Provided Accommodation
2.1. The property owner is required to provide accommodation that meets the advertised characteristics based on the following parameters:

  • Property type
  • Number of rooms and sleeping places
  • Availability of beds
  • Listed amenities (e.g., kitchen appliances, household equipment)
  • Availability of hot and cold water, as well as the condition of sanitation facilities (if stated in the listing)
  • The actual interior must match the photos in the listing

Guest Rights and Responsibilities
3.1. The guest is responsible for:

  • Providing identification documents upon request from the owner
  • Submitting evidence to Bronla support in case the accommodation does not meet the stated conditions upon check-in

3.2. The guest has the right to:

  • Receive the owner’s contact details after booking confirmation
  • Cancel the booking under applicable cancellation policies
  • Request a refund of the license fee if the accommodation does not meet the stated conditions
  • Contact Bronla support if the owner violates the booking terms

Property Owner Rights and Responsibilities
4.1. The property owner is responsible for:

  • Informing the guest about house rules and cancellation policies
  • Accommodating guests according to the agreed conditions (dates, check-in/out times, price)
  • Keeping the property availability and pricing updated on the website
  • Resolving disputes related to the property promptly and responding to inquiries from Bronla support

4.2. The property owner has the right to:

  • Cancel a booking based on the terms specified
  • Refuse check-in if the guest fails to arrive or changes the duration of stay
  • Request full payment, including the license fee, upon check-in

Booking Cancellation by the Property Owner
5.1. If the property owner cancels the booking, the full license fee will be refunded to the guest, and penalties may be applied to the owner in accordance with the specified rules.

Payment Terms
6.1. The user pays a license fee for each booking, which is automatically calculated and ranges between 10% and 20% of the rental cost.

Dispute Resolution for Cancellations and Check-In Refusals
7.1. Bronla support will review disputes in the following cases:

  • If the owner refuses check-in on the scheduled arrival day at the guest’s request
  • If the accommodation does not meet the listed requirements as claimed by the guest

7.2. Bronla support will make decisions on disputes based on these rules and the provided evidence.
